General Shipping Information

Orders are processed & shipped from our Atlanta office Monday through Friday.


We charge a flat $6 shipping cost for all orders within the Continental United States.

States & territories outside of the Continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & Guam) will be charged a $9 flat fee.

Orders over $100 are guaranteed free shipping. This will be automatically added at checkout. 

All orders, including pre-sale & custom orders, will be charged a shipping fee at the time of purchase.


All shipping charges are non refundable.



All jewelry is shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise noted.

Domestic Shipping

As we are based out of Atlanta, GA, domestic shipping includes all of the greater United States, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, & Puerto Rico.

International Shipping

International shipping will be offered starting in January 2023.

Local Atlanta Pickup 

Pickup for local orders is free of cost. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup location will be at Town Brookhaven off of Peachtree Road. Time for pickup will be arranged via email.

Shipping Periods

We ship orders Monday - Friday of every week, excluding post office holidays. Processing times for orders received after 3:00PM will be counted on the next week day.

For example, if you place your order after 3:00PM on Monday, the 1-3 day processing time for shipment will begin the next day, Tuesday. You should expect your order to be sent Wednesday through Friday of that week. This is when the shipping period begins. 

If you place your order after 3:00PM on Friday, we will not begin processing your order until the following Monday. You should expect your order to be shipped Tuesday through Thursday of the next week. Shipping period begins on day of shipment.

Order Processing Times
Order processing is a key component of order fulfillment. It is defined as the workflow that ensures customer orders are properly prepared and delivered to the right place. This includes, but is not limited to organizing orders, picking inventory, sorting items, arranging any additional materials to be shipped with jewelry (i.e. Influential Woman material, Crystal Cards, Gift Cards with personalized message etc.) packing &/or wrapping, printing shipping labels, & more. 

If inventory is readily available, please allow 1-3 days for order processing. All items are readily available unless otherwise noted in the product description.

"Made To Order" Purchases

"Made To Order" products are those that are currently out of stock, however, we have the materials ready. We work to construct & complete all made-to-order purchases 7 days of the week :) Orders placed after 5:00PM should consider their processing times to begin the following day.

  • The following major holidays are the only exceptions for our made-to-order processing times. The following dates are from the 2023 calendar.

    • New Years { January 2 }

    • Memorial Day { May 29 }

    • 4th of July { July 4 }

    • Labor Day { September 4 }

    • Thanksgiving { November 23 }

    • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day {December 24 & 25 }


"Made To Order" Product Processing Time

If we have the materials to create a new piece we will list the item as made-to-order. The manufacturing time for these pieces will differ depending on type of jewelry, its difficulty level, required materials, etc. Information concerning the potential processing time will be listed in the additional information section located under the product description on the respective product page to ensure you are aware of any extended wait time before purchase. 

Once the manufacturing time has passed, please allow an additional 1-3 days per our standard order processing time.

"Out of Stock/Pre-Order" Purchases

If we are sold out of all of the assembled pieces of jewelry of a particular style, as well as the materials required to make more, this product is considered "Out of Stock." When this happens, you are given the option to "pre-order" a pair. 

A pre-order purchase will happen in one of two instances -

(1) It may begin the ordering process for the out-of-stock materials or (2) it may occur while we are patiently waiting for a previously placed order to arrive. For this reason, we ask that you allow an additional {product specific} number of days for order placement, reception of materials, & product manufacturing to our standard order processing time.

To calculate the approximate date of arrival for your Out of Stock/Pre-Order purchase use the following equation -

(Pre-Order Period [product specific number of days; ordering period + manufacturing time*]) + (Standard Order Processing Time [1-3 days]) + (Shipping Period [Location dependent number of days]) = Approximate Date of Reception​

*Manufacturing periods include all 7 days of the week with the exception of major holidays. If a major holiday falls in this projected time period, please add an extra day.

Post Office Holidays

All shipping periods do not account for mail holidays. Please be aware of any post office closings that may affect the ship time of your order.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

If you have multiple shipping addresses for one order please indicate this in the "Add A Note" section at checkout. Please provide all addresses (including the one you have provided through the checkout form) & list which jewelry pieces should be sent to the respective addresses.

Rhipsalis Earrings

Currently, the only exception to USPS First Class Mail is the Rhipsalis Earrings. These earrings are shipped with a live plant. To ensure the plant is not harmed during its journey & is in the box for the least amount of time, these earrings will be shipping Monday - Wednesday of each week & sent with USPS Priority Mail. All orders placed after 8:00AM on Wednesday will be shipped the following shipping period.


For example, if you order the Rhipsalis Earrings on a Monday, they will be shipped the same Tuesday or Wednesday. However, if you order the Rhipsalis Earrings at 10:30AM on Wednesday, they will not be shipped until the following Monday.*

*These processing times are estimated given the earrings are in stock. If they are under "made to order" status, please allow for the indicated processing time.


Tracking Your Order 

Customers will receive a confirmation email with your order's tracking number once your purchase has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email.


After your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number & link. Click on the link & enter your tracking number to find the estimated date of arrival for your order, as well as its status/location. 

If you are a member of the Saul & Saul Designs website you can check the status of your order by logging in to your account & clicking on "My Orders" on your account menu.

Changing Your Address

Please contact us via the chat feature of our website or by email as soon as you realize the address was entered incorrectly. 

Unfortunately, once your order has been dropped off at the post office we cannot change the shipping information. If this is the case, please contact us via email & we will work with you the best we can! 


Cancelling Your Order 

If your order has not been fully processed & you have not yet received an email with tracking information, you can cancel your order by contacting us via email. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped we cannot cancel it. However, you may return your order for a full refund once the piece of jewelry has arrived.

This does not include custom orders! Orders made specially for you cannot be returned for a full refund.

Accepted Payment Types

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, & Apple Pay.

Credit Card Payment Failing to Process 

If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information, please make sure of the following:

  1. You are entering your credit card number, expiration date, & security code correctly.

  2. Make sure the billing address & zip code match your most current credit card billing statement (most common problem).

  3. If you are using a debit card, make sure there are sufficient funds in your account. 


Once an error occurs, your order has failed to process. If this happens, you will have to checkout again. If you are still having problems, try using the PayPal option at checkout!


Order is Damaged Upon Arrival

If an order arrives damaged, please fill out the Damaged Item Claim Form located on the Returns, Refunds, & Exchange page. Include pictures of the damaged items, as well as the box it came in. We will always do whatever we can within reason to rectify the situation.

Order Has Not Arrived

Once the order has been dropped off at the post office it is out of our hands. However, if your order fails to arrive, please fill out the Lost Package & Damaged Item Claim Form located on the Returns, Refunds, & Exchange page. We will always do whatever we can within reason to rectify the situation.

Return & Exchange Information

You can return any order* for a full refund, as long as it meets a few basic requirements. 

  • Order must be returned in the same condition it was received.

  • Full refund returns must be completed within 30 days of your reception date.

  • We will send you a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, once we receive the piece. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which should be no more than $6.
