Shipping

procedure & policy

Our jewelry is handcrafted & made with care. Once you submit your purchase, please allow 1-2 days for order processing & potential construction before we begin the shipping procedure. Personalized jewelry will take additional time, which can be found on the respective product page & in the confirmation email. Pre-sale items will be shipped on the item's release date. Again, please note ⇢ the 1-2 days allotted for order processing & construction is not included in the "shipping time." 

 

Orders are processed & shipped from our Atlanta office Monday through Friday. Customers will receive a confirmation email with your order's tracking number once your purchase has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email. If you are a member of the Saul & Saul Designs website you can check the status of your order by logging in to your account & clicking on "My Orders" on your account menu. Once your order is placed we are unable to change your shipping method. If you need to change the address listed, please contact us via the chat feature of our website located in the bottom right corner of the screen. 

 

All jewelry is packaged in decorative packaging dependent on item & shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, & UPS Next Day for an additional fee. 

 

The expected shipping period for the available methods ▹

・UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

・UPS 2-Day Air Shipping: Guaranteed shipment delivery on the 2nd day by 10:30AM - 12PM

・UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed shipment delivery the next day by 10:30AM - 12PM

** These time frames do not include the 1-2 day processing & construction time period. 

Please note post office closures when expecting an order. 

Orders over $100 are guaranteed free USPS Standard shipping. This will be automatically added at checkout. 

Local Atlanta Pickup: You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup location will be at Town Brookhaven off of Peachtree Road. Time for pickup will be arranged via email.

All orders, including pre-sale & custom orders, are charged at the time of purchase.

All shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

If you have multiple shipping addresses for one order please indicate this in the "Add A Note" section at checkout. Please provide all addresses (including the one you have provided through the checkout form) & list which jewelry pieces should be sent to the respective addresses.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us via email. Include pictures of the damaged items. We will always do whatever we can within reason to rectify the situation.
