We want you to love your Saul & Saul Designs jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible unworn jewelry may be returned within 30 days of order reception for a full refund to your original form of payment.

To return or exchange an eligible item fill out the Return or Exchange Request Form & provide the reason for return. A Saul & Saul Designs representative will respond with instructions on how to finalize the return. 

The refund process begins once we have received the jewelry you have returned. If the piece is in pristine condition your order will be refunded same day we receive it.  

Saul & Saul Designs will not replace any items for any reason after 60 days from the original date of purchase. All custom pieces, BOGO, merchandise labeled as final sale, & permanently discounted or marked down jewelry are ineligible for refund or exchange.

Local Returns or Exchanges

If you purchased a piece of jewelry from us in-person & would like to return or exchange it, please fill out the Return Request Form below. We will arrange a date & time to meet at Town Brookhaven to return the jewelry. Once we have received the jewelry, the cost will be refunded. 

Gifted Merchandise

Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by an order number or receipt. Product must be an unworn, undamaged product purchased at full price, or product received with manufacturing defects, to be eligible for exchange or refund. The gift recipient may exchange the piece for another of equal or lesser value or request a store refund for the product's original dollar amount. Refunds, however, will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds will not be issued to the receiver of the gift.

Lost Packages

Claims for lost items must be reported within 15 days of expected reception date. Saul & Saul Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged items after this time. If items are reported within the 15 day period & are lost in shipping we will issue a product credit or replacement for these items, we do not issue refunds for lost items. 

Damaged Items

Contact us via the chat feature of our website or through email as soon as possible so we can assist you. Please include a photo of the box & the item. Any damage or defect claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. If you receive damaged merchandise, we will send you a pre-paid return label to ship it back to us. Upon receipt, we will send your replacement item at not additional shipping charge. If the item cannot be replaced, you may choose to have the item repaired, receive a store credit, or receive a refund.

NOTE: Please do not return worn or defective items. Your return will be denied & no refund will be issued. If you have received a defective item, please see our Customer Service Form.


The Return 

how to start the return process; sending a product back by shipping

ONE. Contact Saul & Saul Designs via the Return or Exchange Request Form within 30 days after receiving your order. Include as many details as possible when filling out the reason for return or exchange. If you would like to exchange for other merchandise, please include the name of the item you are interested in*. Likewise, if you would like to exchange for a store credit, please indicate that. 

*If you are interested in exchanging your product for other merchandise it must be of equal or lesser value. If it is of lesser value, we will give you a store credit of any overage. 

TWO. Once you have received confirmation from the Saul & Saul Designs team, we will send you a return shipping label. Please ship your item within 3 business days of receiving confirmation & label. if you have not shipped within 3 business days & have not contacted us, your shipping label will be voided.

THREE. Return shipping & handling fees are not refundable. A fee of $7 will be deducted from your credit.

FOUR. If you have sent the item back within 14 days, it is in unworn, pristine condition, & is in the original packaging, then you may exchange your item. We will contact you by email with your store credit code or to finalize your exchange for other merchandise.
