How To Keep Your Extender From Catching & Pulling

If you have a small wrist & don't need to use the extender, there is an easy way to keep it from hanging from your wrist! Take the end of the chain & clasp it with the end of the bracelet. This will cut the length of the extender in half! If you want to purchase the bracelet without the extender, let us know in the "Add A Note" section at purchase.

Every bracelet is made with natural Moonstone of the same shape & size, however, the color of the gemstone may vary slightly.

  • Jackie Cochran was never one to back down from a challenge. After working at a local salon and honing her skills as a beautician, Jackie decided to start her own beauty line and moved to New York City to follow her dream. It was there she met millionaire Floyd Bostwick Odium, who fell immediately in love with the fiery Jackie Cochran, & encouraged both her beauty line and introduced the idea of learning to fly. After finishing flight school in record time, she continued to set records in competitions and races all over the world, while also launching her cosmetics company & shattering the preconception of gender roles in aviation. Her influence did not stop there, as Jackie organized the Women’s Flying Training Detachment (WFTD) to train women pilots to handle basic military flight support, and later the Women’s Auxiliary Ferry Squadron (WASPs) who were responsible for delivering military planes to their base of operations. During their 2 year existence, the WASPs delivered approximately 12,650 planes and flew more than 60 million miles. The accomplishments of Jackie Cochran and the other amazing female pilots of the time paved the way for women in aviation for years and years to come.
